Due to the shortage of workers, the schedule for the grass cutting and road cleaning has been reduced from 2 weeks once to once a week. Although the reason give is understandable but need not be accepted as it’s their responsibility to fulfill their contract.
Under such circumstance, we can apply some flexibility to help them get the job done. After the heavy rain and strong winds yesterday, our kampung is in a mess. To help speed up the cleaning, we shall temporarily allow them to use the blower for this occasion only. After this, they will still be allowed to use the blower but not the current size of blower which they are using now but of a smaller type which should be less noisy and won’t blow up so much dust. We will impose conditions on them if needs be after observing how the smaller blower are used and how they carry out their job.
